Are you ready to try the most delicious brownie recipe on the internet, look no further... and what makes this peanut butter brownie recipe stand out from the others...? It has to be my use of the impossibly smooth and creamy Skippy® choc chip swirl peanut butter which is available in your local Morrisons. Skippy® peanut butter is made from sweet peanuts from American so adding this to your chocolate brownie mix for me is the ultimate treat!!
You will need a 8x8 inch pan which will easily make 9 brownies, maybe more depending on how big you cut them.

Cooking time 30mins
115g unsalted butter, softened
65g cocoa powder
70g granulated sugar
80g soft brown sugar
2 medium eggs
65g plain flour
2tbsp water
70g Good quality peanut butter, I love to use SKIPPY® choc chip swirl

Preheat your oven to 175ºc fan, and line an 8x8inch square pan with baking paper.
In a large mixing bowl, add the softened butter, cocoa powder and the two types of sugars, mix well until combined.
Now add the eggs one at a time stirring until fully mixed
Next sift in the flour and again stir until combined
Add the water too loosen the mixture slightly and then add in 2 large tablespoons of the peanut butter, mix well.
Pour the brownie mixture in to your lined baking pan and dollop some more peanut butter on top, using a knife to swirl is around.
Pop in the oven and check after 20 mins, it should still be quite wobbly in the middle, if it looks like this then you're on to winner, (if its not wobbly and seems to be cooked through remove from the oven immediately) If it is still lovely and wobbly pop back in for another 10 mins or until the centre is only just set, if you leave it any longer then that your brownies, although will still taste delicious, won't be chewy on the inside, they continue to set/cook when you remove them from the oven so don't panic.
Remove from the oven and leave to stand until completely cooled.. unless you just can't wait and you like them slightly warm then just set aside for about 15mins.
If you love peanut butter like me then just add an extra tablespoon to the brownie mix.
